Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fb005's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under Philippine law. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
fb005 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon suspension or closure, fb005 will conduct a review of account activity before processing any outstanding balance. Funds that are found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms may be forfeited in full.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the fb005 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player using an eligible withdrawal method. Accounts placed under self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming programme will be closed in accordance with the terms of that programme and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. fb005 also reserves the right to close dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be held for a reasonable period before being forfeited as per applicable regulations.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
